It's nice to meet you. I live in New Hampshire. I have 2 children from my previous marriage. My husband of 11 years next month has 3 children that I helped to raise for a few years. Between us we have 7 grandchildren. I am a cardmaker, paper crafter and a scrapbooker. Another passion of mine is photography. I am looking forward to geeting to know the rest of the gluers.

Hello everyone,

I'm not familiar with this format, because I have always worked from Yahoo groups. I may post in the wrong place for awhile, so please forgive me as I navigate this new site.

I am (or was as the case may be) a Human Factors consultant and mechanical engineer in a former life. I now concentrate on altered art using found objects and such that are destined for the trash. My work concentrates on materials that cost little or no money.

I live with my cat in Wichita, KS. I have no children and have never been married.

I'm look forward meeting and getting to know all of you. I have certainly been made to feel welcome by Alyssa. I know this will be a great learning experience for me.

It is so nice to meet you. I have checked out your altered books . They are awesome! I alter books but mine are very simplistic. I hope the weather in KS is lots better then it is in NH and Maine. It has been raining here since Friday and at times it has been coming down quite heavily. Alyssa, I hope that your rain has not been to heavy.

The rain felt like it was never going to end but is finally ok today. I took the opportunity to clean and create some Halloween cards for my boyfriends kids.

I'll put that post up today.
